This program will be helpful for anyone who wants to perfect their knowledge of English - learners should already have an Intermediate knowledge of the language. The Advanced Course introduces additional grammar elements which were not presented in the Basic Course. The Advanced course consists of 20 lessons which present new English grammar structures together with a new set of vocabulary. The program uses a completely new method of Grammar presentation in the format of a moving conveyor belt, "stamping out" the various grammar constructions. The "Mosaic" exercise checks that the grammar has been learnt and is one of the best at helping the memorizing process.

 

 

 

Interactive Dialogue is a roleplay game, where you are required to complete the task by answering or asking questions. This part of the program uses elements of an artificial intellect whereby thousands of variations in the dialogue responses can be accepted by the system if they relate to the task and are spelled correctly.

 

 

 

This exercise demonstrates how English people talk to each other, giving an idea of certain set phrases, colloquial words and idioms the British use as well as illustrating what traditional "English humour" is.

 

 

 

This exercise hones your skills in reading original English texts taken from the press and literature. With the help of the AudioPad you can listen to the speech of a professional British broadcaster as well as record and listen to your own speech. A unique feature of the AudioPad is that it has different playback and recording modes allowing the user to imitate the pronunciation to complete perfection.
